In addition to our mold building capabilities, PPM offers complete injection mold repair and maintenance services. We also offer expedite solutions when an urgent project needs to be serviced within 24-hours.
We specialize in Micro Welding repairs, polishing, and EDM work, and can repair or service numerous types of molds, including:

Replacement Parts & Core Components
At PPM we specialize in manufacturing mold components and spare parts, such as consumable inserts that suffer from normal wear and tear during the molding process.
Many of the tools we receive from our customers are made overseas, which limits their ability to source spare parts in a timely fashion.
If repairs and not possible, we are able to reverse engineer these critical spare parts so they can be interchanged in your existing tools to get them back into production
